1. Bookings & Payments
•All bookings are confirmed only after a signed agreement and/or deposit payment.
•Deposits are non-refundable, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
•Full balance must be paid by the agreed date (usually before the event/session).
•Late payments may incur additional fees or cancellation of the booking.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
•Client cancellations must be made in writing (email/letter).
•Deposits remain non-refundable.
•Rescheduling is subject to photographer’s availability and may incur an additional fee.
•If the photographer cancels due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, a suitable replacement or full refund will be provided.
3. Coverage & Responsibilities
•The photographer will make every effort to capture requested moments but cannot guarantee every shot or pose.
•Event timings and cooperation of guests are the client’s responsibility.
•The photographer is not responsible for compromised coverage due to lateness, restrictions, weather, or interference from guests/vendors.
4. Image & Video Delivery
•Standard delivery time for edited photos/videos is usually 12 weeks (state your timeline).
•Delivery will be through online gallery, USB, or agreed method.
•Raw (unedited) images/videos are not provided, unless agreed separately in writing.
5. Copyright & Usage Rights
•Copyright of all images and videos remains with the photographer.
•Clients receive a personal-use license (printing, sharing, social media use allowed, but not for commercial resale).
•Commercial use (e.g., advertisements, promotions) requires written permission and may incur additional licensing fees.
•Photographer retains the right to use images/videos for portfolio, website, and marketing unless the client opts out in writing.
6. Client Responsibilities
•Client must obtain necessary permissions for photography/filming at venues.
•Client must inform photographer of any restrictions (religious, cultural, venue rules).
•Meals and reasonable breaks should be provided for full-day bookings.
7. Model & Property Release
•By booking, the client grants permission for people appearing in the photos/videos to be photographed/filmed.
•For commercial shoots, signed model releases may be required.
•Photographer is not liable for legal issues arising from lack of consent from third parties.
8. Liability & Safety
•Photographer is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages during the shoot.
•Photographer’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the booking.
•Backup equipment is carried, but liability for loss due to equipment failure, theft, or unforeseen issues is limited.
9. Editing & Artistic Style
•Photographer has full creative control over editing style and final output.
•Requests for additional retouching beyond the agreed package may incur extra charges.
•Client acknowledges and accepts the photographer’s artistic style at the time of booking.
10. Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)
•Neither party is liable for failure to deliver services due to events beyond control (fire, floods, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
•In such cases, deposits may be refunded (minus any expenses incurred).
11. Confidentiality & Data Protection
•Client data will be handled in compliance with UK GDPR regulations.
•Photographer will not share client information with third parties without consent.
12. Governing Law
•These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales (adjust if needed).
•Any disputes will be resolved under UK legal jurisdiction.
